Walk Out

When the stars don’t shine bright,

when the scenery in front of your eyes brings tears instaed of joy,

when the sea looks deep and dangerous,

when the sounds around you turns to noise,

when your work feels a burden and hardwork an effort,

when even your laughter has a hint of your sadness

when the abyss you slip into is the only place you feel at peace

when you are not not happy, but just sad,

then, get up and walk out on your fears, walk out on your anxiety,

walk far away from all the negativity and towards where, towards

YOURSELF.

Make sure to love yourself the most,

trust yourself the hardest,

hug yourself the longest,

appreciate yourself the most,

build and support yourself the strongest,

protect yourself the most,

and most importantly, forgive yourself first.

Struggle to decide

Often times we people suffering from anxiety or depression or due to some other issue can’t decide. Simple tasks that might be a no-brainer for someone else, takes hours or sometimes days for us to decide. Tasks such as deciding what to eat or what to wear ,to go out or stay in, whether to ask for a leave from the boss or not, whether to text or call, whether to buy the groceries today or tomorrow and the list goes on.These day to day decisions that can be taken in a blink of an eye for some people puts us in a jeopardy. It is not that we are indecisive by nature not also ‘ki nakhre bohot he’ (too much attitude) but rather it is mostly that we sought to be perfectionist and want each and every effort to be right (and never wrong) or maybe that we worry too much about what would happen so we analyze (over-analyze) ,add pros and cons, calculate (never ending) and then maybe come on to a perfect decisions that is the least harmful or so we thought for the heavenly minute cause after that we again are back to deciding on some other small thing and process begins again. To save ourselves from this overthinking dilemmas, most of the times we just resort to not decide anything. We delay it till it becomes either redundant or are left with no other choice or we just leave it on the cards of destiny. Should I ask my boss for my leave ? ;And after 7 days of perusal lets it go and be like “I will go home in the next holidays”. Should I buy pink or blue? ;And then decides to leave the decison for when the ocean will meet the skies i.e never(bhaiya side kar do main kal Aake dekhungi abhi time nahi hai) Should I order in or eat out and after 2 hours of food apps search cooks Maggi(noodles) and goes to sleep. I get it, we all get this mind numbing dilemmas and decisions. We need some time and some push to move forward but this does not mean that we are incapable of making a decision. Even during the hardest, the most difficult times we make it through, cause we all need a push, a helping hand, an inspiration from time to time to win the fight from within, to win our peace back, to be able to love ourselves again. So be patient around us, be encouraging, be fragile too cause we can support you too and above all just be understanding. #spreadlove #holdthehand

failure

Only a seven letter word, but it falls on a person like a mountain. i know cause i have faced failure. I know because it has been a part of my life too, just as it might have been part of your life. It is difficult to accept and the most arduous to let go, and to top it all of we love to reminisce it at the most ridiculous timings of the day(at night, right before our cozy sleep or right before an important performance). Its difficult i know, but it doesn’t have to be. Why? cause from forever we have been taught to win and to succeed but never taught to accept all possible outcomes of our effort, never taught to celebrate our practice or our handwork in the process, never taught to be accepting both winnings and failures equally. But you know its still okay, cause we can always start afresh and learn. We need is a lot of practice, everyday practice to include failure as a part in our lives,as an equally important step in our life planner, as a common practice and not treat it as all in or all out situation. We should always believe that we can do it and we will do it and still if we cant then we will for sure learn from it and move on to try something new again, and again and again, cause winning is never the goal but learning and moving forward is.

thoughts

we know we can, we know we are capable, we know its tough, but we also know that we have been preparing for this our entire lives. Then why do we give up before the first try, or the second or the 1500th try. Why is it so easy for us to go on and on and on about the reasons as to why we can’t do it or shouldn’t do it as compared to why we should do it. We give our thoughts the ultimate power to decide for us, and often give it way too much weightage. We give our thoughts the benefit of the doubt that we should be giving ourselves, the chance that we deserve irrespective of what our thoughts are shouting at us. Most times we find it comforting in giving up in the fight between our thoughts and ourselves cause the fight is hard, harder than fighting others, yet so simple. We can just try to put ourselves first and not our negative, mind numbing thoughts that just sucks all our energy into a wormhole of self doubt. Just try to breathe and say to your negative thoughts “SHUT THE HELL UP’. And right after that just do what you have always believed you could , DON’T THINK JUST DO IT.

begin

its difficult, its almost impossible to, but its almost not completely impossible. to begin something new you need to end something, something that is old, past, hurtful, painful and damn straight not worth your energy. But you have to take the first step, all i can help you with is tell you something that might give you a bit of strength and that is there are 7.7 billion people on this planet and if you think you are alone, that nobody can understand what you are going through, you just need to change your purview a bit. there might be a possibility that today there might be no one to understand your struggle , your problems but have trust on the 7.7 billion people on this earth and also on the infinite of them who came before you and on those infinite who will still come after you that there must have been or at least will be someone who has or will have the same struggles, same pain, same fight that you do today. so you are not alone in your fight. take your first step, breathe in and out a deep breath and give yourself some break .

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
